What cookies and local storage are
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. Some are necessary to make the site work (for example keeping you signed in); others, like analytics, are optional and need your consent first.
On structrl.dev

Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn't contact Google Fonts. The download page asks GitHub for the latest version of the desktop app; GitHub receives your IP address for that request but sets no cookies.
In the Structrl app
The app only uses necessary cookies and local storage. There are no analytics or advertising cookies in the app. It runs on your own computer or server, so these are stored by your own installation and never reach us.

Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages help people most. We configure it without Google signals or advertising features, IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, and we keep the data for 14 months. Google may process this data in the United States; see our Privacy policy. Until you allow it, the Google Analytics script isn't loaded at all.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: . If you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics cookies. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a "no" to analytics and don't ask.
